congrats ryan! a friend of mine won the overall street class (tony wiesenhahn) in his wrx. i've ridden in that car on a track, so i can only imagine what it must be like to ride in yours (+75hp over his car).i know he is hoping to add some aero in the near future, as well as get his brakes dialed in a bit.
i've been following your blog for a while now ~ keep up the good work!

Thanks for all the good words guys!The car is running a prototype AMS Cast Manifold 750R Turbo kit (see last pic in op).

Way to go! I must've missed the thread about how you got into T/A or racing in general. It seems like you're doing really well though. I just picked up my new turbo car so we'll have to race next time you're in the TC! Just a warning though- it's a stock TDi.
